Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our website or authorized agents
• A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and confirmed
• You will receive a confirmation email with booking details
• It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• Payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method

Payment Methods and Fees

• Other methods as indicated during checkout

Deposits

For certain tours, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Customer Cancellations

• 30+ days before tour: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15-29 days before tour: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before tour: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The cancellation date is determined by when we receive your written notice.

Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:

• You will receive a full refund, or
• You may reschedule for an alternative date, or
• You may choose a different tour of equal or greater value

Modifications

Requests to modify bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Modifications must be requested at least 14 days before the tour start date.

Parental Responsibility

• Parents or legal guardians must accompany minors at all times during tours
• Adults are responsible for the safety and behavior of minors in their care
• Minors must be supervised according to age-appropriate safety guidelines
• Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs

Required Information

When booking for minors, you must provide:

• Full name and date of birth
• Valid identification or passport information
• Emergency contact details
• Medical information (conditions, medications, allergies)
• Dietary restrictions or preferences

Age Restrictions

Some tours and activities may have minimum age requirements due to safety concerns or physical demands. Age restrictions will be clearly stated in the tour description. We reserve the right to refuse participation if:

• The minor does not meet the minimum age requirement
• The activity is deemed unsafe for the minor
• The minor's behavior poses a risk to themselves or others

Consent and Waivers

By booking a tour that includes minors, you confirm that:

• You have legal authority to provide consent on behalf of the minor
• You accept all terms and conditions on behalf of the minor
• You agree to any required liability waivers for the minor
• You authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary

Passport Requirements

All travelers must have:

• A valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your planned departure date from Peru
• Blank pages in your passport for entry and exit stamps
• A passport in good condition (not damaged or significantly worn)

Visa and Entry Requirements

Depending on your nationality, you may need:

• Tourist visa (check with the Peruvian consulate in your country)
• Return or onward ticket
• Proof of sufficient funds for your stay
• Entry card (Tarjeta Andina de Migración - TAM) provided on arrival

Visa requirements vary by nationality. It is your responsibility to verify and obtain the necessary visas before traveling.

Health Requirements

We recommend and/or require:

• Yellow fever vaccination (required for travel to certain jungle regions)
• Routine vaccinations up to date (measles, mumps, rubella, etc.)
• Altitude sickness prevention medication (for high-altitude destinations like Cusco)
• Travel health insurance covering medical emergencies and evacuation
• Consultation with a travel medicine specialist before departure

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

• Medical expenses and emergency medical evacuation
• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Lost, stolen, or damaged baggage
• Adventure activities and sports (if applicable to your tour)
• Personal liability coverage

Additional Documentation for Minors

When traveling with minors, ensure you have:

• Birth certificates for all minors
• Notarized parental consent letter (if traveling with one parent or without parents)
• Valid passports for each minor (with 6+ months validity)
• Medical authorizations and emergency contact information
• Custody documents (if applicable)
